From a private dataleak, i have managed to get a non working version of a early Survey Program build. All the file changes between this beta and the release are archived here, i do not feel comfortable releasing the non-working Survey Program build.

The earliest version of Undertale that is currently known by anyone not including Toby, It's likely that 4 other prototypes exist, though we still havent found any proof of their existence.
